Marketing Associate

Role Description :
-
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing of clients runs smoothly
-
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
-
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)

Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
-
Assist with organizing promotional events

Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)

Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

Prepare regular sales forecasting reports

Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Application Requirements :

Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
-
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad's, etc
-
Experience with SEO keywords or just basic knowledge of SEO
-
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude

1 year minimum experience in marketing field


Marketing Professional/ Specialist

Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media strategies and campaigns

Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation

Create and execute lead generation programs

Understanding MQL and SQL strategies

Budget management and cost planning - monthly reporting

Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

Technical Support - Associate

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

Understanding of DNS and internet-based services

User identity management - Active Directory

Track computer system issues through to resolution

Remote service setup

Service desk housekeeping
-
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers, hardware vendors)

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
-
Ensure all issues are properly logged
-
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Application Requirements :

Experience as a Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
-
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
-
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
-
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
-
Some form of certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or vendor product certifications
-
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
